My name is Andrea Clay. I am (nearly) 21 years old and I am working with YPP Jackson this summer on the Quality Education as a Constitutional Right (QECR) campaign. I had never been to Jackson before this summer and I have learned much about the city and its schools since the start of my internship. It has been a privilege being here and I hope to continue spreading the word about YPP and supporting efforts for QECR when I return to Princeton this fall.

My name is Spencer Bowley, and I am one of two 2010 Summer Interns at YPP in Jackson.  I am 21 years old, and attend Princeton University.  I graduated from Murrah High School here in Jackson in 2007.  Since I have siblings still attending the public schools, helping to ensure a quality public education for all children is very important to me.  I am happy to be here with YPP, working primarily on our Quality Education as a Constitutional Right (QECR) proposal.

My name is YoDitra Davis and I live in Jackson, MS.I am seventeen years old and in the eleventh grade.  I go to Jim Hill High School and will be graduating in 2011. I like talking on the phone and hanging with my family.

Ypp is important to me because I see it as a way to make a positive change in the community. I like to know that I make a differnce and have an impact on the life of the kids that I work with. Working with ypp has taught me patience and how to connect with the kids on a level that helps me to better work with them and teach them.

Hello my name is Jessica Winford, i'm 16 years old i'm a high school worker for Y.P.P.I really like it,its fun challenging and a better learning experience.I help kids in math in sometimes other subjects.i been working with YPP for about six and a half months now,I plan on being here for quit sometime I see Y.P.P bettering me in so many ways and I also see me better other people lives as well.

I'm a MLW I was first introduce to Y.P.P when I was in high school by my teacher one day while I was in the Algebra Project by to of my math teacher Herbert Brown and MS. Gordon at Lanier high school. I love the work that i do because I feel that my community really need it.
