My name is Michael. I was born in Ethiopia. I came to the U.S. when I was 11. I have two sisters and two girl cousins that grew up with me. I count them as sisters too. I am the only boy in the house. My dad is in Ethiopia. It has been a while since I’ve seen him. My time in YPP was fun and I enjoyed doing it. I have learned new things, like being with little kids. The kids are bad most of the time. It’s hard to get their concentration. YPP has taught me to be a guide to my little cousins. I teach them things that I have learned from YPP. Chilling in the office is fun and debriefing with my group is fun.
