What lab did you enjoy most, explain why. In addition, what did you learn from the lab?

I enjoyed the STEM Literacy lab the most because I learned to be thorough. When writing code if you make a few mistakes it will throw the whole outcome off so being strategic with everything I wrote out was very important. I learned that most of the things that we use are programmed by code language. There are so many things you can create with coding especially with things such as video games and websites; things I use in my everyday life.

What was the highlight or most memorable moment of this summer's computational thinking lab?

The most memorable part of STEM was when I was learning to use the "\". Our task was to write song lyrics with keep in a quotation. It took me a very long time to even get it, and I finally got something down. I asked for Jamal to check it and I was missing a bunch of stuff. I think this was memorable because even though I thought I had it right, it was completely wrong but this made me want to get it right. An event in which I was completely wrong made my interest in coding grow.
